And Comprehensive Answers
How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?
I started my career as a personal trainer at Bally Total Fitness (now LA Fitness). The biggest difference is that I was required to hit a quota, clients were just numbers. That's one reason why I left. Now all I care about is what's best for my clients because I don't have a quota to hit.
What makes you the right trainer for me?
First, education. I have multiple certifications from nationally-recognized organizations. NASM, Pilates, BodyMap, ACE, and a BA in Psychology. What my clients get from me is not just physical education, it's complete behaviour modification and that takes a lot of knowledge.
Second, experience. One thing is knowing and another is doing. With over 13 years serving the San Fernando Valley Community, I have learned what works, what doesn't, and how to make it easier and faster for my clients to see and keep results.
Third, unique programs. There are no other personal trainers doing what I am doing.
I have injuries, can you still help me?
Yes, injuries are a part of life and using my knowledge and experience I have been able to design workouts that take into consideration my client's unique body.
Where do you train?
I am currently at Anytime Fitness Tarzana, CA 91356. I chose this gym because it's private, has all the necessary equipment, its clean, and not crowded. It's not fancy like Equinox but my clients and I are ok with that.
Do all your clients live in Tarzana, CA?
